Important Precautions
Because this formula contains several botanicals traditionally associated with uterine activity, including Motherwort and Yarrow, it should not automatically be considered appropriate during pregnancy.
For breastfeeding mothers, professional guidance is recommended before regular use because postpartum use and breastfeeding safety are separate considerations, and evidence for some ingredients is limited.
Use additional caution with blood-thinning medications because Yarrow and Ginger may affect clotting. Chamomile may cause reactions in individuals sensitive to plants in the ragweed/Asteraceae family.
Postpartum depression, severe anxiety, thoughts of self-harm, heavy bleeding, fever, severe pelvic pain or other significant postpartum symptoms require medical evaluation; herbal tea should not replace appropriate treatment.
